These terms apply to this Trinity Cures Hospital website. Booking a visit or sending a message does not create a treatment contract by itself. Treatment decisions are made in clinic after consultation.

Appointments
The appointment form is a request, not a confirmed slot until staff contact you. You must give a real name, email, phone, a future date and time, and a message. The same email cannot book the same date and time twice. We may decline or reschedule requests.

Contact form
Messages sent through /contact/ are enquiries. Do not use the form for medical emergencies. Call +91 9157057091 for urgent help.

Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit. Wrong phone or email details may mean we cannot reach you.

Website content
Blog posts, FAQs, doctor profile, counters, and reviews are managed by hospital staff and may change. They are information, not a personal diagnosis.

Accounts
There is no public patient registration on this website. /login/ takes staff to the hospital dashboard only.

Acceptable use
Do not flood the appointment or contact forms, attempt to access /dashboard/ without authorisation, or misuse another person’s details.

Limitation
Trinity Cures is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, internet issues, or third-party map/font services.
